Business Development Executive

Purpose of the role : The role is looking for challenging and enthusiastic individual who is responsible for meeting customers and acquiring new business by managing the sales operation in a particular geographical area to achieve his/her daily, monthly and annual sales targets.

You will be responsible for :

  • Attending the meeting with as per company provided database, local or individual within the allocated area.
  • Attending appointments allocated in geographical area.
  • Achieving daily, monthly and annual targets.
  • Handling the company brand responsibly and represent the company as per standard.
  • Responsible for providing right information to the client and selling the right product without engaging in any fraudulent activity.
  • Check the diary every day and sync with immediate reporting manager on regular basis so that appointments are not missed and online appointments can be tracked.
  • Responsible for attending team and branch meetings on time.
  • Responsible for submission of contracts and documents on time to Back Office Sales Team.

Skills and Work Experience required :

  • Familiarity with the location - geographically and culturally. Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in regional language. Strong analytical ability and presentation skills. Problem solving attitude and convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining effective working relationships Sound knowledge of sales function.
  • Ability to understand new market trends and new up- gradations in company business.
  • Computer literacy is required
  • Good interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality, Listening ability.

Graduate :

  • MBA from reputed institutes, Graduates/ post-graduates from premier engineering institutes, Non Engineering graduates, Arts graduates, PR Degrees from reputed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handling Outbound calls & customer queries.
  • Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments.
  • Responsible for giving the right information to all the prospective clients.
  • Ability to manage and work with multiple clients / customer's.
  • Always in contact with the prospect client by calling.
  • Make telephone calls to target audience and explain the services offered.
  • Generate leads with an aim to increase sales and positively contribute to achieve sales targets.
  • Responsible for achieving daily and monthly leads and convert them into sale.
  • Maintain call logs and rigorously follow ups leads or actions as per conversation.
  • Obtain customer information (such as name, address, number, email id) for future reference and record such information.
  • Submit daily reports with details of calls made, leads generated, sale conversion.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationship with email , call and maintain the database.
  • Sales and sales related activities and assist sales team as well.

Requirements :

  • Graduate with at least one year of tele sales experience preferably in the travel domain.
  • Ability to convert lead into sale.
  • Excellent communication skills and convincing power with fluency in English and local language.
  • Should be result oriented and be able to work independently and under pressure.
